Our story
Development first, with infrastructure at the centre.
hifi was formed by a team with roots in complex real estate development: assembling land, navigating entitlements, financing projects and managing construction.
That work increasingly brought us into infrastructure: data centres, power, district energy and the systems required to support large-load development. Today we apply the same development discipline across both infrastructure and real estate.
